Starved eyes pray
For bright horizon
Roofless hut
World always discriminated rich and poor. This gap always increased. Prayer is the only hope for poor, praying for a square of meal, praying for basic amenities, praying for their shelter. Irony is depicted in last two lines. Mesmerized, on how the way world runs, on how we celebrate, on how we survive, on how one wishes for brightness in a roofless hut. Attempt to show the dark side of "Mesmerization".

DeleteBright horizon and roofless hut. That's nice. You feel the brightness of the sun through the roofless hut and then hope for a brighter horizon. The brightness and brighter to be seen in different (poetic) contexts. Nice expressions.
ReplyDeleteThank you, yeah I had to get bright horizon expression, hence this attempt,.
